Why does insurance disappear from patient's clipboard?

Our office has had this happen to us few times where the Insurance disappeared from the clipboard. We didn't take it out manually, so it makes us question if there is a particular setting, that we are not aware of, that is making this happen. Any ideas as to what can be causing this issue?

Happens to me too.  You have to get in & out of the clipboard a few times and then it will stay.  Doesn't happen all the time, but that is how I have fixed it when it does.
