I am coming across a lot of claims coming back asking for diagnosis/perio charting for our nightguards that we send out. The staff says that they do not include it on the claim because NEA/Vyne fast attach does not generate to tell them that a diagnosis/perio chart is in fact needed. I have added a note for them at checkout on the code itself, but it also is not working.
I am getting overwhelmed with the amount of denials coming back.
How can we get this code to require these??
