To download the pre-made templates, go into the PracticeWorks Expert Exchange. Uncheck the box for 'Install to Tutorial Database.' Click on the 'Install Disk Pack' button on the lower left.
This will open a file browser that will already be pointed to the pworks folder. Scroll down and select the "VTY Standard Edition.eep" file and click on Open
at this point it will go through the normal install steps for an expert. This will add additional items to your documents, notes, and forms.
