Hi could a scroll button be added to the Day End Procedure so coul filter through to the oldest date? We are a NHS Public Dental Service and don't have the time at the end of each day to do the Day End procedure. So when we do every couple of weeks it is very cluncky. It would be best if it showed the oldest date first and also allowed users to go to the patient record. As each time I have to see what pat has an apt still pending, come out of the procedure and look in the patients note, complete the appt or mark DNA etc and then start all over again with the day end procedure. Very time consuming. You cant even print the list of apps off either as this would be easier too. If you could improve it it would be much appreciated and I know should be done every day but reality is it isn't. thank you
