Merge two patient charts

As a follow-up to this conversation, I would like to suggest that there be an Admin-level ability to merge two fully created patient accounts. We wouldn't want everybody to be able to, just for an admin when the duplicate is discovered (usually WEEKS later, with sent claims and completed EMR notes). I like it. 

I have watched someone in an office recently go through this process, painfully.  It doesn't happen frequently, but it does happen, and once you have two records for the same patient, each with valuable information (charges, demographics, insurance history, etc.), it is a pain to combine them and eliminate the duplicate.
