In Orthotrac, the patient information form is hard coded and I cannot edit it to include info I really want, rendering it not helpful.
Also, can you fix boxes 41 and 42 on the claim forms. I've been squawking about this for years. Box 41 pulls in whatever date the last appliance was placed, regardless of what claim you are trying to view/submit. That is terrible for patients with multiple phases of treatment. Leave it blank. I'd rather put it in myself than have it submit wrong data.
Box 42 shows remaining months, total months. Just figured out that if you put total months that doesn't pull over into eclaims. No wonder I've got a high rejection rate. Can you fix that too?
