In addition to the standard patient information that can be recorded in R4, it is possible to create your own unique User Fields. These user fields can be used to record a variety of different areas such as how new patients found out about your practice, what their occupation is or when they last had bitewings taken.
You can create multiple user fields that can be completed and viewed from within the patient's record or from within the patient's chart. In addition, it is also possible to create custom reports to display the information that is recorded in the user fields.
The attached 'How To' guide shows how to create a User Field that records how the patient found out about the practice but can be used as a basis to create any user field.
