For this you need to create a query that will find you the names of patients how have got their recall set to 3 monthly.
To create the query:
- Create the new query and highlight the row 'that have certain attribute' click 'Specify Criteria'
- Scroll down until you find the attribute 'Dental Recall Period' and add it to the Criteria window
- In the value column type 3 and click 'OK' then 'Finish'
- Save the query.
When this query is run it will return a list of patients whose dental recall is set to 3 months.
