Working well so far, however patients are being bombarded with forms when they have multiple appointments. Is it possible to determine which forms are sent dependant on appt type? eg all exams get a medical form, but fillings don't, New patient exams get a more detailed new patient questionnaire etc. Covid form needs to go to all appt types, but can we only send it once if a pt has 2 consecutive appts, eg an exam followed by hygiene.
The system is configured to send out forms for each appointment so if the patient has multiple appointments they will receive the specified forms for each appointment.
There have been some recent updates, one of which is that you can specify which forms are sent to specific appointments.
To do this, access the form as though you were going to edit the form by clicking the Design icon against the survey. Then click on the Share icon and click Preferences.
Select the required patient scheme types and appointment types and then click Save.
