Hi has anyone had a similar issue or know an easy fix. I have a VT the second one I have had however the list number has not changed for the new vt. When claims are being sent they are automatically being rejected and when I have looked into this with practitioner services they have found our management software is duplicating claim reference and claim ID numbers for previous claims that were done in early 2018.
