Manually marking NHS claims as 'Settled'.

I have an entire schedule of NHS UDA claims that have been processed and accepted by the BSA but are marked on R4 as 'Sent' rather 'Settled'. These date back to Feb and March 2019. How do I manually mark then as 'Settled' on R4?

Good Evening Morriswoodyman,

I apologise for the delayed response.

In this situation it seems that R4 has either not received the schedule from the NHS, or it received it and could not process it.  Could I please ask you to call the helpdesk on 0845 230 2451 at your convenience, and one of our support analysts can log into your server and see if the schedule is there and can be imported.
