What does no scheme type mean on the General Financial report? I have queried this with the helpdesk today and was told it meant that it relates to the clinic. However when the payment allocation report was run it did not tally. What is going on? Apparently the issue needs sorting through our server and has been raised to Level 2 to deal with on Monday. I am very concerned because what if this issue is much greater? The financial implications of this is not good at all. I need a better understanding of this please.
