We have a few cases that have an acceptance date from over 1 year ago. Due to various reasons it has taken until now to finally get the treatment completed. When we try to send the new e-Dental EDI it brings up an error message saying we cannot send as acceptance date was over a year ago. I have contacted the NHS Board and they said they are only interested in when it was completed so no change in their rules. Any ideas on how I can send these claims - it is with the technical team in R4 but just wondered if anyone else has this problem

Thank you for your query, I have checked into this and confirmed that our support team will be able to resolve this for you, it has also been resolved going forward in the latest release of eDental so other Practices shouldn't experience the same issue.
