Patients that have had a certain appointment

Hi,

I need to run a report for all patients that have had whitening appointments since January 2022 to present. Please can you advise how to find/do this report.

Many thanks for your post.

Please complete the steps below to create the query you need.

1- Patient Selector
2- Query Wizard
3- New Query
4- Start > Next
5- Tick the 4th box "That have had an appointment..." > Next
6- Tick "between" and press "Specify Criteria"
7- Tick the "Ask" and press OK - This will allow you to manually enter a date each time and safeguard the query for future use.
8- Tick the "for" and press "Specify Criteria"
9- Find the appointment type in the drop down box
10- Press Finish and Save as new

I would recommend doing an end date as it will look for future appointments as well.
