R4 imaging launcher and sidexis integration

Hi I am very disappointed with the imaging launcher as it does not have the sidexis integration in it.

I tried to set it up using the others method but it just opens sidexis it does not go in the patient record.

I phoned support and they have no clue about this.

how come you have old software integration in there like digora and not the new sidexis 4???

did anyone encounter this??? what did you do??

I'm very sorry to hear you have encountered this issue with the launcher application.

I have discussed this with our development team and this has been raised as a suggestion to them as an improvement to be added as part of a future release of the software application.

It is possible to link and launch Sidexis 4 from R4+; should you have the X-Ray link enabled. Should you need assistance with this, please do not hesitate to contact our support team who will be able to assist.
