Records jumping to a different person

Hi

Its been reported to me by a couple of dentists that R4+ seems to jump to a different patient. If you open the patient record, when you close that record and go back to the planner it comes up with the previous patient on the banner so you are in danger of booking the wrong patient in for treatment. Has this fault been reported by anyone else and how can this be avoided.

Hi, can you confirm which version you are currently running.

This sounds like an issue that has been previously fixed or it may be a variant of the issue we previously addressed.

Good Morning,

Thank you for your message, sorry to hear of your issue, Please try the below and see if this helps alleviate the problem.

Solution:

  1. From the main menu, select Appts or Planner.
  2. Select the Options menu.
  3. Select Synchronise to disable this.Many Thanks Chris

Does the synchronise need to be ticked or unticked?
