Reporting in Excel

Hi 

I can generate a patient list with full address details in R4 but when attempting to generate the output in Excel, only the first line of the address is produced. I need the full address or at least the postcode. Any ideas on how to solve this would be appreciated.

Hello Richard,

Thank you for your question, it sounds like what you have set to display is different to what is set to print, to solve this follow the below instructions.

1. Generate the list of patients.

2. In the top right hand corner of the list there will be a small blue dot.

3. Right Click on the small blue dot and left click on table properties.

4. In the Table properties screen that comes up the right hand column is for printing, ensure what you would like to print is ticked in here under the heading of print.
