Hi,

Thank you for your message.  The following steps will show you hoe to create this query:

1. From the Patients Selector screen click Query Wizard.
2. Click New Query.
3. If the Query Wizard screen is displayed click Start.
4. On the Select entity type to return screen click Next.
5. On the Select Criteria screen click Specify Attributes.
6. In the Fields panel on the Attributes screen, find and select Last Completed Appt Date. Click Add.
7. Change the Operator value to 'is later than or equal to'.
8. Place a tick in the Ask box.
9. On the Date Format screen click OK.
10. In the Fields panel on the Attributes screen, find and select Dental Recall Date. Click Add.
11. Change the Operator value to 'is not specified'.
12. Click OK.
13. Click Finish.
14. On the Save Query screen click Save As New.
15. Type a name for the query and click OK.
16. Run the query.

It is worth mentioning that, if recalls are enabled for a patient, the recall date is usually entered automatically when the current course of treatment is completed based on the default period that is set.

If the current course of treatment is still open then the recall date will not be changed but the old date will still be present in the Recall Date field so these patients will not show up in the above query.

If you need anything else please let me know.

Regards

Stephen
