Dear All,
We are currently aware of an issue affecting the virtual waiting room in Patient Bridge.
The 2 issues we currently have are as below:
-Practice unable to “remind” patients to complete forms.
-Patients unable to complete their pre-treatment forms.
The Patient Bridge team have identified the issue and are working on a resolution, we will update this post when we have further information.
