our signature pads , connected with the main server crash all the time , meaning we have to reboot all the time, have emailed the service desk team many times , but had no reply ... anybody else have this problem ? ive changed leads all to no avail

I am sorry that you feel frustrated and you may be correct in saying that the pad need replacing but we have found that pad crashing can be that the drivers need removing and re installing that can be completed remotely. I will raise a call to arrange for one of my guys to call you.
