Hi,
We had the clini-pads installed yesterday but have now been informed that we cannot email treatment plans to patients as the functionality of the email tab is not yet active!!! Carestream have advised how to get round this - until the email tab is a working part of the service - but this is such a convoluted way, has anyone found an easier way?
I have the same problem and I am looking for a solution.
It is making us to lose valuable time in the surgery.
