how to create 4 appointments with planned treatment, the amount of time needed and estimated costs for each appt, that I can then print out for the patient and the receptionists can allocate and book

Hi,

Unfortunately there is no facility in CS R4+ to automatically generate a document that contains all of the information that you require.

It is possible to create planned appointments and print an Appointment Plan, but the Appointment Plan will not display the amount of time needed for each appointment nor will it display the estimated costs for each appointment.

The attached guide show you how to create planned appointments in the treatment plan.  Once you have added the planned appointments you can click File => Print Appointment Plan.
