Hi

How do I resubmit a treatment for re approval which had been approved in the first instance but I have had to amend an item of treatment.

Good Afternoon Annibale,

R4 should automatically detect that re-approval is needed if a claim has already been approved in the past.  If you mark the approval request as Not Ready and resend it, R4 will automatically include the re-approval flag to let PSD know that this is a re-approval request.

If the claim is still rejected, please call the help desk so we may assist you further.
