Setting up new employee in Softdent. I have the same rights by user assigned as my front office staff but she can't make appointments. Error message comes up that the user is not authorized. What am I missing?
The solution is go to back over the employees rights to confirm. You can also try Users by rights and see if the name is checked for the event. I have attached the job aid to review.
