Examples of new options include:
    • Schools
    • Assisted living facilities
    • Urgent care facilities

We are anxiously waiting on a disk to be sent. Actually chomping at the bit. We have a dbm error to due overly large clinical notes which should be rectified in new version.

Tyson,

On the Place of Service, can you change it once on the claim or do we still have to change it on each procedure?

It should only be once on the claim.

How is the color scheme......on the open page.  Did any of that change?  Will this be shown at the Summit?

Re: CS SoftDent Version 18 - What's New!

On the claims processing screen, where you have updated the "Place of Service" drop down, is there an option to mark missing teeth yet?  When you print a claim form, it is on the midsection, but SoftDent does not allow anywhere to edit this information, it must still be done by hand, therefore, sometimes preventing the option of submitting electronically if it is necessary information to the claim. Also, you have the option to adjust the status of the claim, example, original, corrected, adjustment...but it does not transfer at all to the claim form either.  Can we consider an update the SoftDent Claim screen to apply to what is actually depicted on a claim form?

@tyson_edwards - looks like we have some more great ideas here.  I know there is a 2019 ADA claim form coming soon... maybe we can implement some additional changes?

Re: CS SoftDent Version 18 - What's New!

Hey - wondering why the ECS module is still listed as v116.2.7.23?  Shouldn't it be V118.0.0 like the rest of the Softdent program?

Re: CS SoftDent Version 18 - What's New!

The ECS Module is a separate application from SoftDent. The version numbers won't always match up. Is was just updated for V19 so when that's released, the next version will have an updated version number.
