Can anyone help with Error Code 300 when posting a care credit payment through the y screen? I've been seeing it more and more.
Don't think you can distribute CareCredit payments ....
It isn't a distributed payment though.
Post it thru the patients transactions screen, not the accounts payment screen. See if that helps.
I would, but then I can't actually run the charge. This is the Care Credit integration. It has to go through the y screen.
Ok, see if it's a Care Credit error message. If so, then I'd call Care Credit. If it's a Softdent error message, then I'd call support. We don't have the CC integration anymore. We do the charge within the Care Credit merchant site, then manually enter into Softdent. Sorry ...
The error message pops up right as I try to post from the y screen. I would think that's a softdent error, but I'll call care credit to see. Thanks for your help! Why did you stop using the integrator?
Here's what I know and was informed by my admin team. The M/C CareCredit (newer card) has to be processed via the CareCredit Pro portal. The older, green, card can be processed within Softdent, but thru the patient screen, using the carecredit transactions codes.
