Hello! Really need help. We have CS imaging with the oral scanner. Somehow one of the scans for the patient is missing on the computer. We found a file with the “patient name + restoration”.caza but we have no idea how to recover this file or data. It doesn’t show up in the patient history on the program. Please any help would be great.

Found it. You need to open the patient and start a new scan. There you can click Import and select Restoration. Most of the files are stored in C:\ > RawFiles and BOOM THERE IT WAS AND IT RECOVERED.
