Using Softdent and emailing thru the software with Outlook we have an issue since upgrading to Windows 10. We email heavily and have Outlook set as the default but the first email of the day we are kicked out with an error. We have been told NOT to use the Icon on the task bar but only login using desktop icon.
Anyone else having this issue???? Softdent any ideas????
Here is the issue we get every day at the beginning of the day.
" Softent Practice Management Software v16.2.2 has stopped working
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available. "
