Is there a way to exit out of transactions without having a pop up ask if I want to process insurance, schedule an appointment, or print walk out every time? I see that there is an option to stop the pop up completely or automatically process but I would just like to ask about the insurance not the schedule appointment and walk out. Also when I do not want to print or schedule I say no then it automatically kicks me back to the schedule so I have to go back into the patient then the transactions. Please tell me I am missing something.

Is there a manual that has these little details? I hate asking every time I have a question that is probably an easy answer. I've tried the Dental Institute but can only find the beginners manual. I think I know the basics I just need help with short cuts. When I use the "Help" function on Softdent it has an error when I click on what I want more info on. Is this a softdent problem or my computer problem?
