You can try these steps below. If you know the SoftDent user, you can
target the user and use these steps as a tracking method to all what the
user did and hopefully find the patient that was deleted from the schedule
by the user.
1. Click Reports in the main menu bar.
2. Select Audit Trail.
3. Select Scheduler Audit Trail.
