Images not viewable from workstations - need to restart software
I'm having an issue where there are no viewable images in softdent all of a sudden. For instance, I can be on the scheduler page and click on an appointment, and click on show images, but there are no images displayed at the bottom of the page, even thought we definitely have x-rays on this patient. Even opening up the imaging software doesn't show them. But restarting softdent solves it every time. Not the solution I want to rely on of course. I feel like it started when we updated some of our computers to Windows 11.
