We just did a migration for Softdent Cloud. Well tried too! We can no longer import images into the patients chart. We also cannot import X-rays for Fast Attach. All we can see are icons of the windows photo program, (looks like a mountain). WE cannot see our thumbnails. We have to click thru hundreds of icons to see the image. Does anyone know how to fix this. Softdent Cloud-New Migration!!!!!

YES. And more. We waited 20 minutes to run a day sheet. There is a problem with the migration. We still cannot import an image into the patient’s chart. I was told that Softdent was not designed to be used on the cloud! The new Azure platform is too advanced for Softdent.
