Hi @drcburgess

I'm going to tag @trankin to see if he can answer this for you.

It will be restored in version v19.0.2, which should be out shortly.

@trankin - Is the upcoming v19.0.2 be released via the Carestream Update System?  Or, are install CD's sent out?  Finally, if an office is still on v18, how would one "easily" get onto the newest v19.0.2?

@drcavola

Good morning,

The new update will be released through our Software download site, https://softwaredownload.csdental.com/en-US/ . Once the release is available, emails will be sent out with a link to the site. You can log into the site now using your office ID and Zip code, although only v19.0.1 (v119.0.1 for SQL Scheduler offices) is available right now.

We are no longer sending out releases on physical media.

The upgrade from v18.x to v19.0.2 should be pretty straight foward and you can go directly from any version of v18 to v19.0.2. There is an update to SQL 2014 in version v19/v119 so it may take 10 to 15 minutes longer then the update from v17 to v18.
