Month End Reports

Is there a setting that allows you to set this up to run needed reports every month so they will be there on the first of the month?   Registers/ certain transactions/ final AR/ Collection reports etc

Yes, this is called Report Manager. 

Reports>Report Manager>Set up a Report Group. 

Add each report  you wish to include. But do not put actual dates. You must use date formulas. Otherwise you will keep getting the exact same report every month. 

Please refer to the SoftDent Help files. Help>SoftDent Help located on teh main menu bar at the top of your SD window. Type this into the search: Setting Up a report manager report. it will give instructions and the date formulas.
