I have a Server 2012 and we use Softdent. We purchased Pearl on 4/15/19 and it has still not been installed they keep receiving an error message it has been escalated to a senior tech and analyst still no luck.. Has anyone else had this problem?

just checked the account and issue was resolved by escalation yesterday noon
