From the confirmation list sent to the contact expert, choose the correct patient in the list in the bottom center (patients on this account) and select the "view selected patient" option. This will take you to the patient information window and show the preferred contact number highlighted. It's an extra click, but it is there. I hope this helps you!
Actually, at the bottom of both the account window and the patient information window, the preferred contact method (different phone and email options) is available. Once indicated, the preferred contact number shows in bold on the appointment card, zoom window from appointment card, and on any print/print preview reports where contact information is needed. However, if a report is sent to the contact expert, the preferred contact number defaults to the home number and has a drop down where other numbers can be accessed. jeffrey.urkevich, this could be an enhancement request that would be very helpful to clients.
