Softdent Version 16.2.3
Print daily op schedule crashes Softdent with generic error. I don't see any blocked slots, slot notes or appointment outside of office hours. I have tried different books, hours and rooms. I have tried 2 weeks worth of appointments. Any ideas as to what to do next?

i would try to change the default printer in windows and in Softdent and try again , if that worked then it is either the windows default printer driver or need to "update " some registry keys

They are set for windows and Softdent to be the same printer. What the
client did tell me is Windows 10 Fall creators update was just installed
on the computers where it is NOT printing. The computers that didn't
update are still able to print the schedule. Do they need an Update
