We are a perio office so sometimes the patients have surgery or do scales obviously before their maint. I have tried to run the recall report but it includes patients not scheduled for a recall but it also includes patients that are scheduled for scales or surgeries. How do I run a report for patients that have had a recall apt but do not have one scheduled at this time?

Check your recall settings in SoftDent
Click System
Click Change System Settings
Click Recall
Click Edit Recall Codes
it should look like this
if you make any changes to these code, you can run a utility to update their last recall exam with SoftDent Support (866) 435-7473
