SoftDent Not Working

Anyone else having a problem with Softdent right now? Our whole office is down

Update page looks like its saying resolved again but we can still can not sign in

Customer support seemingly has no idea what is going on.  Our office is still down even though a post was made that the issues are resolved.

Our office was finally able to log back in so hopefully everyone else will be up soon!

Still can't get in.  This update doesn't seem to be accurate. 

Issue with Softdent Hosted

Resolved - After further monitoring, this incident is considered resolved. Carestream Dental service has been restored to full functionality. Please contact us if you continue to experience any issues.

Yes it has been glitchy the last 2 days and now it is completely down

I'm on the phone with CareStream now and I am apparently this reps 3 call so far so she is checking if there is a system wide problem? I would say so!

Same. Both of our offices are down. The rep on the phone is trying to get ahold of the cloud team. Looks like a big outage.
