Softdent Cloud Document Scanners

Since we upgraded to Windows 10 several of our workstation scanners are not recognized by SD software.  I have all the same scanners at every station and 3 out of 5 stopped working.  Has anyone else had this issue? We had our computer techs try to fix it as well as a call to sd support with no luck.  I tried to get a different brand and still no luck.  We Use epson scanners and have tried Ambir and no luck at all!

did you ever get this fixed? we are wanting to purchase document scanners for softdent and have windows 10...how di you resolve

This was resolved, yes. The local Windows profile was the root-cause of the problem. We tested scanning within SoftDent successfully after switching profiles.
