We are looking into moving our phone system to Weave. Is there any office out there using their system right now with Softdent? How is it working for you? Has there been any problems with the confirmation system or patient info popping up on screen when patients call?

we are not using but looking into it. The drawback is that if you lose electricity for any reason in your area, your phone lines go too...and that can be catastophic
