Ever since our last softdent update, Softdent gives a duplicate warning and then wipes out the social security number of the patient if you are in edit mode of a patients record. I had called in several times about this and was told there is no fix right now.
This is becoming a problem that is only growing bigger and I would love to have an update regarding how and when this issue will be addressed. Thank you.
