Unable to export to Excel

Lost ability to export reports to Excel when new computers were installed.

I was told tech support in 2022 that SD does not connect with 64 Bit Excel. During Office 365 ( now Microsoft 365) id does suggest (in the past) that 32 bit might be more compatible. I am not sure if this has changed, but I suspect that someone installed 64 bit during update or installation.
