One of the form selections for the walk-out statement allows you to add and additional comment. Is it possible to have the same comment automatically print on each walk-out without having to type it in for each walkout? For example: information re:failed appt policy.
You can put a preset message on all walkouts so you don't have to type it every time by entering it under your billing settings.
System Menu > Change System Settings > Billing
Messages Button (top)
Type message bottom box titled Walkout Statement Message > OK.

Unfortunately, the answer is no. The box only appears if you type a "comment" at the time of printing. Preset set messages simply show at the bottom of the page. Hopefully you are able to find a solution that works well for you - I'd love to know what you end up doing in case I run across this question in the future.
