we have many patients that have 3 insurance companies to submit to. It is very difficult to have to deal with the software that does not allow to submit to 3 companies but allows you to enter 4 guarantors. There are many other software companies that allow for this. I would hate to have to look for a new company to transfer to if this doesn't get fixed and added.
