Reports>Practice Management>Treatment Plan Reports>Detailed Breakdown
In the report setup window select the date range. You can also chose to find only Primary TP, Secondary, Tertiary, or Estimate; just below the date range. Leave the doctor to 999 to include all doctors at the practice, or select one doctor. The last step is the key for this report. Look at the Lower Right section in the report setup. Chose number 4 for what you are looking for.
