gurecka1, there is a way to remove all Bluebook entries for ALL insurance plans in CS SoftDent if you in fact wish to do so. However, it requires renaming 2 files from within the SoftDent directory on the server machine and then performing a specific set of utilities. I would recommend having one of our support representatives do this if you are wanting to proceed.
NOTE: Before performing the method to remove all the Bluebook entries I would HIGHLY recommend having a local backup performed in the event that something unforeseen occurs.
Also, in order to perform the required steps everyone would need to be out of SoftDent for the duration. However, it should not take that long to do so.
