Marking Patient inactive for hygiene but still an active patient

Is there a way to mark a patient not active for hygiene but still an active patient? I.E.a patient who has a full upper and lower denture.

Hello karen‌,

I'm going to tag a few trainers on this, let's see what other practices are doing.

Thanks for being part of the Community!

Yes, Patient User Code N = No Recall but they remain Active

Great question!  There is a simple way already built into SoftDent to handle this.

For patients who are still part of the practice, but should be excluded from your recall system, please assign Patient User Code "N" on the middle right hand side of the Patient Information screen.  On the patient level, User Code "N" means "No Recall" and by default will exclude patients from showing up on the recall list or post cards.

Hope this helps!
