When does this system get fixed? Every day around lunchtime I have to reload and reload to see a myriad of error messages. It makes the flow of the office horrible to spend so much time trying to write prescriptions lately. Are you guys going to fix this system or what?
We have the same problem. It definitely slows down the flow for the physicians attempting to authorize their scripts. I look forward to this issue being resolved.
The issue with prescriptions is ridiculous. I have doctors texting me many times a week asking what is going on and what is being done. It would be helpful if you could tell us the issue or at the very least the solution you're proposing. Keep us in the loop so we can communicate with our doctors.
