Has anyone else noticed that alerts on accounts no longer come up when you open a patient?
There is a check box in WinOMS which, if not checked, will keep the Alert Box from appearing when a patient's chart is opened. Let's make sure that Check Box IS checked in your software.
1. Click Tables
2. Expand the PRACTICE section
3. Click Workspace Preferences
4. Place Checkmark in "Show Alerts popup in Chart" (See image below)
5. Click OK to save
**NOTE: You may need to log out of WinOMS and back in for this change to take effect
